Melissa Noftsinger

LCPC-C

Many competing demands often distract us from living authentically according to our true selves-  perhaps it is the pressures of work, relationship needs, society's expectations of us, or our own inner critic. Maybe you find yourself giving so much to these external forces you have little left to give yourself.

In your sessions, Melissa will guide you as we explore what needs attention, nurturing, or change. Together, you'll navigate the distractions and reconnect you with your true self.

The foundation of Melissa’s work is person-centered and mindfulness based. They believe that living authentically starts with reconnecting to our bodies. You are always the expert of your own life and get to dictate what is worked through in therapy. Words can be hard, which is why they offer art therapy techniques, no artistic ability required!

Reaching out for therapy is a courageous act of self love. Melissa would be honored to be part of your journey.
